Hugh McGouran

Following a chequered career path, which included a spell as a professional musician, car sales and some time with L’Oreal as a sales representative, Hugh decided it was time to grow up and get a real job. Returning to full time education, he graduated from the University of Teesside with a degree in Public Administration in 1997.  What followed was a roller coaster of jobs based loosely around regeneration, which began as Credit Union Worker for Stockton Borough Council leading the role of National Business Development Director to Pertemps People Development Group in 2003.  Hugh took up his current post as Chief Executive to Tees Valley Community Foundation in September 2006, and is also chair of Tees Valley Professional Services Group & Viva Volunteers.

Debbie Sullivan
(Finace and Administration Manager)

Debbie is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having worked and qualified in practice before moving into an Industrial role.  Following a career break she then returned to work volunteering with Citizen's Advice Bureau in Middlesbrough before joining the Foundation in April 2004. Debbie is responsible for the management of the accounting system and the production of the Foundation's quarterley and annual accounts as well as advising and reporting back to the board of Trustees on all financial matters.

Allison Skinner
(Client Case Officer)

Ally joined the Foundation in September 2008 and is the first point of contact for advice and support on the grants team. Prior to joining the Foundation she gained vast experience in customer relations over a 20 year period whilst working for an Employment Agency and an Accountants.

Jean Hall
(Accounts Assistant & PA to the CEO)

Jean has been at The Foundation since 2003 and during that time has covered all aspects of general and grants administration within the Foundation. Jean's current position is Accounts Administrator.
