Hartlepool Headland Wintertide Festival 2017
Hartlepool Borough Council, the Headland Festivals Group and Tees Valley Community Foundation are once again joining forces to deliver the 2017 Wintertide Festival. This Festival includes an array of exciting events and activities delivered by partners and is likely to include a Lantern Parade, Christmas market, bespoke craft workshops, film screenings, dance and live musical performances, art work and large illumination installations.
In order to support activities at the 2017 Wintertide Festival, Tees Valley Community Foundation (TVCF) have joined up with the Festival organisers to contribute £10,000 to support 10 groups or more to deliver projects on and around the 2017 Wintertide Festival. Grants of up to £1,000 are available to support groups that wish to develop supporting activities at the Wintertide Festival.
Applications can be submitted by constituted groups based in Hartlepool and the Tees Valley. Applications must show how their project links with the Wintertide Festival. The group will need to provide a copy of their constitution/set of rules and proof of bank and any safeguarding policies in place.
The closing date for applications is the 9th June 2017. A decision panel will be held shortly thereafter and groups will be notified of decision by the beginning of July 2017.
