Marketing/PR Volunteering Opportunity

Tees Valley Community Foundation is seeking to recruit a volunteer to help raise the profile of the Foundation and its philanthropic activities using social media, website, local press and other media.

 This role will involve:

• Liaising with the Philanthropy Services Manager to identify ways in which the Foundation's profile can be maximised within the community.
• Collating information from groups who have received funding and support from the Foundation and ensuring this information is used to promote the Foundation's activities throughout the Tees Valley area.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a recent marketing graduate looking for voluntary work experience or alternatively a person with a keen interest and experience in marketing/PR looking to share their knowledge and skills.

Skills required:

• Good communication skills are essential and use of a car would be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of computers, web design and social media.
• Ability to work on own and as part of a small team.
